I found this site on line and ordered black and red caviar. As soon as I ordered I received an email confirming the order. Then I received a call from a concerned employee about the shipping and arrangements. Excellent customer service, shipping on time and the quality! The best I ever had. I will order again.

I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

Great experience in general! Of course caviar was very tasty and fresh - wonderful addition to our anniversary celebration, but also customer service was very professional doing everything possible to get me ordered product on time and unspoiled in this hot weather. I definitely order again. Thank you

I haven't tried the food yet, but I'm sure it will be great--I've had these products before in Russia. I do want to say that the packaging was excellent. I bought mustard and honey, and they were in glass jars. These days it's very risky sending glass containers, but these were packed extremely well.
