15 days from date of purchase if perishable:

Perishable items cannot be returned by mail. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please reach out to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number and exact names of items affected
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

Other items:

Must be returned within 30 days

You can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You must contact [email protected] with your request for a refund or return 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
