Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped and after a tracking notification has been issued.
  • Items purchased from the Sale / Discounted section are final sale and non-returnable.
  • IMPORTANT: Food products of proper quality that were delivered according to the order are non-returnable.

 

2. Perishable Goods (Food Products)

Perishable food products of proper quality are non-returnable.
In cases of an incorrect item or defect:
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A return or refund is possible only upon confirmation of defect or damage.
  • If a perishable item is returned as undeliverable, no refund will be issued.

 

3. Non-Perishable Goods (Food Products)

Non-perishable food products of proper quality are non-returnable.
In cases of an incorrect item or defect:

4. Damaged Goods

If an item is damaged during delivery:
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
  • Email the information to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will file a carrier insurance claim on your behalf.

 

5. Return Request Requirements

A return request must include:
  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Item condition
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Preferred resolution: refund or replacement

 

6. Return & Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received.
  • A return shipping label will be provided by us.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped), return shipping costs are covered by us.
  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return.
  • Banks may require an additional 5–7 business days to post the credit.

 

7. Returns Are Not Accepted If

  • The request is submitted outside the allowed timeframe.
  • Proof of damage or defect is not provided.
  • The issue is caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • The package was stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

8. Transfer of Risk

  • Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for damage, loss, or delays occurring during transit.
