My friend and I ordered from this store together. She wanted this kasha so I ordered one for myself too. I had never tried kasha before and now after trying it, I love this healthy whole grain. So many health benefits, and so many ways to make it.
I made it in a rice cooker first and it has a light taste of mushroom, sort of wild taste. YUM I also soaked it overnight and just heated it up and used it for breakfast cereal with fruit and maple syrup. The flavor was more mellow and no mushroom wild taste when soaked. YUM I also made it as a side dish for dinner with butter salt and pepper. YUM
I really like this toasted buckwheat from Russia where I trust there are no GMO's. Thank you so much, from the USA.

Everyone should be eating buckwheat groats! They are strongly antiviral. And these have no parallel in the US. I have told a number of cooking groups on social media to buy your buckwheat products. Originally, I bought the small bag. Back now for the larger bag!
Exellent!
You can't beat the quality or price on these. Thoroughly cleaned and ready to cook straight from the bag. The price is outstanding! I can't find a better price anywhere, and this is why I am only ordering these from now on. Perfect!
