I like your very smart website that lets customer choose from perishable to non- perishable foods to cut shipping costs and be able to enjoy unique products. Packaging was superb,- one of the herring packs leaked (no fault of RF USA) but everything was individually wrapped so there was no damage to other products. As long as you carry non-perishable Russian Mortadella,- I am your loyal customer!

I love this store's website ! It has almost all what you need. From candies that reminds you of back home to the grocery. The packaging was properly done and delivery is very fast as well. And they also have a points program where you accumulate points to redeem later as payment for your ordered stuff. 100% recommend happy that i found you guys, and thank you for providing all those products appreciate it. This store is, in my opinion the top source to aquire quality Russian food and products by mail. They have consistently delivered chocolates, packaged to prevent melting or damage, as well as other products, here to my home in Indiana.

For quite fast delivery and products! Everything is fresh, was wrapped and packaged properly. We were glad be able to get stuff we wanted, but couldn't get from our local store due to quarantine.
The only couple of things I'd appreciate to be done differently:
1. I would appreciate receiving responses to emails sent to you couple of times, inquiring about your shipping/delivery process and time frame.
2. The way you put couple of different items (1/2 lb of one time of candies with another ones) together in the same bag. It was hard to check and verify if I received what I ordered.

I've been ordering from here for 3 years now and absolutely love it! They always have everything I am looking for and they add new things all the time. The prices are great also.
I love shopping here because my local Russian store doesn't always have everything I am looking for. My kids love the candy and I just bought them the cute boxes for their stockings. Even though I don't live in Belarus anymore, I am happy to have a place like this that I can get yummy things from. All I have is positive experiences with them. I look forward to shopping here for many years.
