I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

I placed the order with RussianFoodUSA first time a few days ago and received everything within a week. I was impressed with the process . Everything nice and easy. Packages came on time, packing is impeccable . I wish other company do the same. The only comment I have is that I did not receive any shipment notifications and was clueless on when my order will arrive. The rest is excellent.

ordered twice from here and it was amazing) i’m from russia and the foods that i love i was able to get a taste of it. everything was still great and i was worried it might get melted but it wasn’t. thank you so much i’ll definitely order here again!!
