Excellent service

Ordered both a decorative box and a bag of Kremlinka cherry candies which were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. Also ordered the Pushkins Fairy Tales calendar which was lovely, and the price more than reasonable. I was expecting an email with tracking info that I never received, but discovered I could get that info by simply going back to the website to check my order. I found the shipping costs to be quite high, and the few small (and rather light weight) items I ordered were shipped in a very large box with tons of packing peanuts. This could have easily been shipped more cheaply through USPS Priority mail. But the items were received in a timely manner and I was pleased with everything. Will definitely order again but hopeful that they will rethink their shipping options. All in all, a very good experience.

We received your Tea Russian Caravan and Russian Caravan premier. Both are loaded with oil of Bergamot. I have never tasted a russian Caravan Tea with oil of Bergamot. It is supposed to be a northern China Black/SOuther Russian Black tea, sometimes, actually often, smoky. This tea tastes like I'm in London drinking Earl Grey
