Great products - nice to be able to order it in the U.S., thank you for that. One thing that could be improved - the order process. My transaction didn't go through the first time for some reason and I didn't even know it. Also I couldn't see the tracking number anywhere - would be nice to have it.

My order arrived nearly packed and complete within 2 days! It's difficult to find any Russian stores around where I live so it was great to find this store online with all the products I could want. Site is easy to use, prices are good, selection is great and products were shipped with care making sure that everything was protected. I will definitely be using this site regularly.

I placed the order with RussianFoodUSA first time a few days ago and received everything within a week. I was impressed with the process . Everything nice and easy. Packages came on time, packing is impeccable . I wish other company do the same. The only comment I have is that I did not receive any shipment notifications and was clueless on when my order will arrive. The rest is excellent.
