One piece of smoked sturgeon wasn’t fresh. The other one was fine. All other items I ordered came in great condition.

Thank you RF USA for fantastic service! My large order was filled in 1-2 days and I received it by the end of the week. All my favorite products, all fresh and expertly packed. I like your very smart website that lets customer choose from perishable to non- perishable foods to cut shipping costs and be able to enjoy unique products. Packaging was superb,- one of the herring packs leaked (no fault of RF USA) but everything was individually wrapped so there was no damage to other products. As long as you carry non-perishable Russian Mortadella,- I am your loyal customer!

I love this place so much! After visiting a Russian store in S.Florida last year, I wanted to find a way to get Russian goods anytime. I found this business online. I’m not Russian (maybe in spirit) but I love these Russian-made products. I had to call the store recently to find out the directions for something (not all items include English) and the gentleman had no problem at all walking over to pick up the product and then tell me the dosage. The shipping packaging is the best I’ve seen.

I am satisfied with service and shopping in this store.

I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.
