My mother love the peach oatmeal and candy I got her. She so happy to have a bit of her heritage since we aren’t able to ship to and fro anymore. This store send items in very well packed box and very quickly.

I LOVE RussianFoodUSA! The website is easy to navigate, the loyalty program is good and the service is excellent!

I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

We ordered a few Russian chocolate bars for friends we served two years with in Russia. Our order came as expected and in good condition. The bars were packed perfectly to prevent damage. These are the same bars we were used to in Rostov-na-Danu, Russia.
