Estonian Salami is made from a combination of beef and pork meat, seasoned with spices. Semi-smoked, Estonian salami is relatively mild in flavor and aroma. Salami "Estonian" is famous semi-smoked sausage.

This is our favorite kolbasa. It
is not dry as traditional salami and taste is wonderful.
Does not qualify as salami as it is the same as Kielbasa in taste and texture. Very disappointed.
