Smoked Sardines in Olive Oil, Riga Gold, 270g/ 9.52oz

Sardines are imported from the Northern European country of Latvia.

There they are caught wild in the Baltic Sea and selected manually in the process of qualitative selection.

Each sardine is checked for any defects.

If any are found, they are discarded and never included in the batch for quality control.

Once a group of sardines passes quality control, they are then naturally smoked on wood until they are perfectly golden.

The sardines are then individually hand-packaged and aged naturally.

These sardines perfectly combine smokiness and freshness in one piece.
