Composition: fireweed narrow-leaf fermented, melissa leaf, mint leaf.

 

Tea leaf fermentation is the most important step in tea production.

 

The objective of fermentation is to maximize the valuable flavour and aromatic properties of the tea by changing the chemical composition of the tea leaf and eventually producing high-quality tea from the raw material.

 

In the process of fermentation of leaves, complex substances break down into simpler, easily digestible forms that are easily assimilated by the body.

 

The infusion of such tea is characterized by a saturated color, fruity and floral aroma, but at the same time very delicate taste.

 

Ivan Chai Chemical Composition:  proteins, polysaccharides, fibres, tannins, anthocyanins, vitamins, organic acids, pectin, flavorods, amino acids, trace elements, etc

 

Recommendations for use: 1-2 teaspoons of ivan-tea pour 500 ml of boiling water, infuse 10-15 minutes. 

The drink should be drunk hot as a regular tea. 

To taste you can add honey or balm from the company «Magic Herbs».
