Composition: lemon juice, concentrated extract from the rhizomes and roots of valerian, motherwort grass, extract from oregano grass, lemon balm, mint leaf, currant, badan, hawthorn fruit, chokeberry, rosehip, sugar syrup.

 

How to use: use in its pure form 1-2 teaspoons 1-3 times a day or add to 200 ml of water, tea, coffee 1-2 teaspoons 1-3 times a day.

 

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components of the balm, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
