Kozinaki is an oriental sweet made from dried or roasted nuts or seeds mixed with caramel.

 

Thanks to the initial products, kozinaks are rich in vitamins A, E, K, PP, minerals: phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, potassium (the content varies depending on the components used). Kozinaki in large quantities contain proteins and easily digestible carbohydrates.

 

Ingredients: roasted sesame seeds, sugar, molasses, drinking water. There may be a small amount of peanuts, poppy seeds, sunflowers and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
