Description
Dried roach (Vobla) is incredibly rich in chromium-110% per 100 grams of pulp. It is very heqlty to those people whose body does not well assimilate carbohydrates (e.g. older people).
Also, the dried vobla contains almost a third of the daily requirement of iron and vitamin PP, which have a beneficial effect on the blood.
