You exceeded my expectations by far. Food was excellent, fresh and of good quality. Extra bonus: it was so satisfying to see how carefully and neatly my package was prepared. Glass jars were covered in bubble wrap, chocolate candy in a separate bag with ice packs. All items were snuggly fit into the box, they were not moving hence not damaging each other. It’s the next level of customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You have a perfectionist working in the shipping department!

Everything ok, except these items, I don't have it. Ascorbic Acid, 25g, but I was expecting these vitamins. Thank you, but shipping cost expensive

My order of raw kishka arrived with thawed ice packs out in the sun we immediately cooked all of it it seems to be okay but that is not the way to ship raw meat

Best source I know of for Russian and East European products. They respond promptly and ship very quickly. Everything reaches me in good condition. Will be remaining a customer.

The meat arrived in a reasonable time but was dropped off in a box outside without any notice and when we found it, it and the ice packs were thawed and warm. We cooked it all up right away and it seems to be OK.

The candy arrived fresh, and the shipping container was well packed. I ordered several flavors of the candy (lemon, cherry, strawberry, orange, and plum) and they all arrived fresh.
