2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During periods of high demand (November–December), processing time may extend to 3–7 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on destination and product type.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders with a transit time of more than 3 days are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
  • We ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.

4. Product Categories & Shipping Terms

Perishable Products

This category includes, but is not limited to:

  • Meat and seafood (e.g., caviar, sausages, salo, herring)
  • Dairy products (e.g., butter, cheese, cottage cheese)

Shipping Terms:

  • During the warm season (April–October), shipments to states with delivery times exceeding 3 days are sent via 2nd Day or Overnight shipping only.
  • During the cold season, 2nd Day or Overnight shipping is strongly recommended.
  • Perishable products are packed in insulated packaging with cold packs.
  • Perishable items are not shipped on weekends.
  • Perishable orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM are shipped the following Monday.

5. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Order subtotal of $200 or more
  • Total order weight does not exceed 50 lbs
  • Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

  • Free shipping cannot be combined with coupon codes or other discounts.
  • Only one discount may be applied per order.
  • The shipping method for free shipping is selected at our discretion.
  • If guaranteed 2nd Day or Overnight delivery is required, a paid shipping option must be selected.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Orders weighing up to 0.81 lbs may qualify for Flat Rate Shipping — $5.99.
  • Final shipping cost is calculated based on:
    1. Packaged order weight and dimensions
    2. Selected shipping method
    3. Requirement for insulated or temperature-controlled packaging

7. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will appear in your account and may become available within 24 hours after shipment.
  • Shipping notifications are sent via email.

8. Important Notices

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or force majeure events.
  • In cases of extreme weather or carrier network overload, we reserve the right to adjust the shipment date.
