Method: pour 200 ml of boiled warm or chilled water into a cup, add 2 teaspoons (8 g) of "Tea for nursing mothers", mix, and the drink is ready. You can start drinking tea from the first day of breastfeeding. Drink about 2 cups of tea a day.
