It's absolutely delicious, not overly salty (letting the wonderful smoked flavor come through fully), and so tender that it practically melts as you take a bite. I have a new favorite now!

Buttery, smooth texture with the perfect amount of smoky flavor, and the taste is out of this world. Step aside, smoked salmon!
