Chicken Cutlets/Patties, 1 lb / 454 g
Instructions for preparation:
1. Without defrosting place patties on preheated frying pan with necessary amount of oil.
2. Set medium heat and fry on both sides (8-9 minutes on each side) under the lid until golden crisp.
3. Lower the heat to low and cook until done (about 1-2 minutes on each side)
4. You can also put the cutlets in the oven preheated to 375F for 5-7 minutes.
