The leaves for this tea are collected from the bushes after the buds are fully opened.

In a dry brew, the leaves should be large (from 8 to 15 mm) and homogeneous.

This variety contains almost no tips, but it has a high content of aromatic oils, so the tea infusion is very fragrant.

 

Also, this tea is characterized by a taste with bitterness, due to the high content of tannins.

The tea is packed in foil to preserve its freshness and aroma.
