You exceeded my expectations by far. Food was excellent, fresh and of good quality. Extra bonus: it was so satisfying to see how carefully and neatly my package was prepared. Glass jars were covered in bubble wrap, chocolate candy in a separate bag with ice packs. All items were snuggly fit into the box, they were not moving hence not damaging each other. It’s the next level of customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You have a perfectionist working in the shipping department!

The products I'm receiving are very good in general. But summer shipment quality was awful. Only two small ice packs were included, insulation was definitely not enough for summer time and the products arrived all warm, some deformed and even spoiled even with 2-day shipment I paid for

I turned to this company because he one where I got preserved walnuts quit making them. I have not tried these as I bought them for gifts. They were beautifully packed and arrived in a timely manner. However, the cost of shipping (not your fault) was greater than the cost of the product. I am going to have to find a source closer to home for future purchases

We normally shop at a Russian Market in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, but it is about 2 hours away from our home. Although their prices are less than yours, it is more convenient to order from you. Your service, quality, and turnaround on our orders are excellent.

One of the best online first-order retail shopping experiences that I have ever had! I ordered during COVID and the week of Mother's Day- the shipping was very very fast, the order & shipping communication were superb, the packaging was quite thoughtful and extremely well done, and the overall customer service was over the top. Now the food- my mother is a 'foodie' and said "the food was delicious and extremely high quality" and she wishes she could eat like that every day! The tea cozy was "too beautiful to use and is for decoration only." I will definitely be coming back to shop here, not only for my mother. This store is supremely the best!
