Semi-hard cheese "Russian" of the popular brand "Brest-Litovsk" is made from fresh milk without vegetable fats and has a rich balanced taste with a light milky sourness, a pleasant appetizing aroma and a plastic texture with small eyes.
This variety can fairly be called a classic in the post-Soviet space. It is used with pleasure for sandwiches, salads, snacks, baked dishes.
Ingredients: normalized pasteurized cow's milk, sourdough based on lactic mesophilic and thermophilic bacteria, salt (contains anti-tracking agent potassium ferrocyanide), sodium nitrate concentrate, annatto dye, calcium chloride sealer, animal enzyme preparation: pepsin, chymosin.

I really appreciated the website. I had heard that the Russian people had began making cheese again and that they were well known for their high quality cheeses in the past. I bought some cheese and it was fantastic. In the future I plan to buy more things produced in Russia because I want to support the Russian people because they, through no fault of their own are being punished because America is determined to start a war to distract the American people from the truth that they stole an election and they they are corrupt and are responsible for creating the __________Vyrus and making labs to target Russian people. We love the Russian people!!!
