Method and time of preparation: Put the bag in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Cook over moderate heat for 6-8 minutes.
Get the bag with a fork, picking it up by the loop. Let the water drain.
Open the bag with your hands along the separation line. Put the pasta on a platter.
Recipe: Concilli with shrimp in Mediterranean style

Pasta 2 bags for cooking
Shrimps peeled 200 g
Cherry tomatoes 150 g
Garlic 1 clove
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Juice of 1/3 lemon
Parmesan cheese 80 g
Pitted olives to taste
Salt, basil to taste
Cook pasta in bags as indicated on the package.
While the pasta is boiling, fry the finely chopped garlic in a frying pan in olive oil until it has a characteristic smell for about 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add halves of cherry tomatoes and olives. Add salt to taste, mix gently and add lemon juice.
Spread the pasta on plates, sprinkle with olive oil on top, add shrimp with tomatoes and olives, sprinkle with parmesan and chopped basil on top.
