MetaPWR Metabolic Blend is a mixture for improving metabolism from the company DōTerra.

It contains a balanced ratio of essential oils of grapefruit, lemon, peppermint, ginger and cinnamon bark.

It is intended for oral administration and can become an important part of daily maintenance of normal metabolism.

Methods of application:

For aromatherapy: four drops of oil are added to the diffuser.

Internal use: four drops are added to 240 ml of water.

Topical application: 1-2 drops of oil are applied to the selected area of the skin, diluted with base oil to reduce skin sensitivity.
