Traditional mushrooms of Russia -  fragrant aspen mushrooms - are harvested by the Taiga Collection company in ecologically clean areas, and then pickled with vinegar, citric and ascorbic acid, garlic and spices.

 

Canned in a glass jar with a twist off lid, mushrooms are good as an independent snack, a component of salads, they can be served with vegetable side dishes. Canned food can be stored in a dark place for up to three years, after opening - no longer than three days in the refrigerator.
