Kashkaval has a smooth surface without holes and spots, a semi-solid texture, an even straw color, a fat content of 25-32 %. This cheese ripens for a long time — more than 6 months.

Kashkaval is produced from fresh, natural milk without additives, with a specially selected bacterial starter culture, in which microorganisms are in a strictly defined ratio.
