Cooking method:

1. Pour 400 g (2.5 cups) of flour mixture into a bowl.

2. Add 300 ml (1.5 cups) of water or milk, stirring continuously.

3. Add 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of vegetable oil and mix thoroughly until smooth.

4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
