Method:

1. Pour 400 g (2.5 cups) of flour mixture into a bowl.

2. Add 650-750 ml (3.5-4 cups) of water or milk, stirring continuously.

3. Add 50 ml (3 tablespoons) of vegetable oil and mix thoroughly until smooth.

4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
