Description

Ingredients: dry fermented ground rye malt.
May contain traces of soy, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, celery, mustard.
 
Rye fermented malt "Pudov" is an indispensable ingredient in recipes for custard and rye Borodino bread, sweet gingerbread.
 
It is also used in the preparation of homemade kvass and beer.
Thanks to red malt, the dough turns out to be more elastic, freshness of the finished baking lasts longer, its taste and aroma becomes richer, because it is a natural flour improver. At the same time, the finished pastry turns out to be a rich brownish color.
