What a surprise! I had never heard of Ivan-Chai. It is delicious. It tastes like the Georgian Tea I used to buy during the Soviet times. This tea tastes like black tea but has no caffeine. Also, the bag it comes in is precious. I transferred the tea to a sealed container and then made a cell phone case out of the bag.
