Dried Fruit Mix for Baking, BAKALLAND, 400g/ 14.11 oz

This is an excellent blend of exotic fruits, made in the right proportions to give sweetness to homemade pastries.

Ingredients: raisins (40%) (raisins 99.5%, cotton and/or sunflower oil) chopped dates 15% (dates 98%, rice flour), candied papaya cubes 10% (papaya 62%, sugar, preservative: sodium metabisulfite), candied pineapple cubes 5% (pineapple 51%, sugar, regulator, : sodium metabisulfite).
