How to use:
Add flour to milk porridge, fruit puree, kefir, yogurt. Recommended dosage: children under 3 years of age 1-2 tsp per day, children from 3 to 12 years of age 1-2 tbsp. l., adults 3-4 tbsp. l. in the form of cedar milk and other mixtures.
Cedar milk. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of cedar flour into a deep bowl, add a little warm water or milk. Stir until sour cream. Adding a little water and stirring constantly, bring to the desired consistency. Add a spoonful of honey to taste.
Pancakes with cedar flour. Knead the dough according to the classic recipe, adding wheat and cedar flour in a ratio of 1: 1. Do not add sugar — this is a prerequisite, otherwise the pancakes will turn out raw. Bake in a frying pan like regular pancakes.
