For the preparation of porridge, it is recommended to use children's drinking natural spring water Fleur Alpine.
Pour 160 ml of liquid into a clean bowl, boiling it if necessary. Cool to a temperature of 50 ° C.
Gradually add 5 tablespoons (about 40 g) of dry porridge, stirring continuously until smooth.
Let stand until the desired consistency is obtained. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding (about 37 ° C).
Recommendations for use:
Begin to introduce porridge gradually with 1 teaspoon of the finished product, gradually increasing the portion with the age of the child.
 
The recommended volume of finished porridge in 4-6 months is 150 grams, by 8 months – 180 grams, by 12 months – 200 grams.
 
To introduce the first complementary food, dilute the porridge in the following proportion: 1.5 tablespoons of dry porridge (about 13 g) mix with 50 ml of liquid.
 
The porridge has a subtle aftertaste and the aroma of buckwheat.
The whole grain from which the porridge is made contains natural vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.
