YOU WILL NEED: 

- 500 ml of water or milk, 

- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil.

 

METHOD:

Mix the contents of the package thoroughly with 500 ml of warm water or milk until the lumps disappear and a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add 80 ml (4 tablespoons) of vegetable oil. Pour 100 ml of boiling water into the finished dough, stirring constantly.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the middle of the pan, turning it at the same time so that the dough spreads evenly over the entire surface. When the pancake is browned, turn it over to the other side and continue baking.

If desired, ready-made pancakes can be served with sour cream, butter or jam.
