The recipe and technology of Altai balsam is the result of centuries–old knowledge of folk medicine, traditions of Russian healers and a scientific approach to the production of balms.

 

Linden is recommended for the first symptoms of colds, flu as an immunomodulatory agent, a source of vitamins.

Raspberry fruits are a source of vitamin C (up to 45 mg%), B vitamins, citric, malic, salicylic acids, carotene, sugars and pectin substances. It is used as a diaphoretic, tonic.

 

Ingredients: linden flowers, raspberry fruits, mother-and-stepmother leaf, mint, nettle, badan, hawthorn, viburnum, bird cherry, rosehip, mountaineer grass, oregano, St. John's wort, thyme, calamus root, pink radiola, sugar syrup.

 

How to take: consume in its pure form 1-2 teaspoons 1-3 times a day or add to 200 ml of water, tea, coffee 1-2 teaspoons 1-3 times a day.

 

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components of the balm, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
